This is a quote from Hagrid in the "Goblet of Fire". I liketh this muchly indeed. See, Hagrid is half giant ( Surprise, surpirse, eh? ) -- his mum was a giant and his dad, a muggle ... I think ... yeah, I think the dad was a Muggle. Giants aren't very appreciated in the wizarding world ...

"Dumbledore was the one who stuck up for me after Dad went. Got me the gamkeeper job ... trusts people, he does. Gives 'em second chances ... tha's what sets him apar' from the other heads, see. Harry, Ron, and Hermione looked at one another nervously. Harry would have rather taken fifty Blast-Ended Skrewts for a walk than to admit to Hagrid that he had overheard him talking to Madame Maxime, but HAgrid was still talking, apparently unaware that he had said anything odd.

"Yeh know wha', Harry?" he said, looking up from the photograph of his father, his eyes very bright, "when I first met you, you reminded me o' me a bit. Mum an' Dad gone, an' you was feeling like yeh wouldn't fit in at Hogwarts, remember? Not sure yeh were really up to it ... an' now look at yeh, Harry! School Champion!"

He looked at Harry for a moment and said very seriously, "Yeh know what I'd love, Harry? I'd love yeh ter win, I really would. It'd show 'em all ... yeh don' have ter be pureblood ter do it. Yeh don' have ter be ashamed of what yeh are. It'd show Dumbledore's the one who's got it righ', letting anyone in as long as they can do magic. Hpw you doin' with that egg, Harry?"

"Great," said Harry. "Really great."

Hagrid's miserable face broke into a wide, watery smile. "Tha' my boy ... you show 'em, harry, you show 'em. Beat 'em all."

Aww! ::sniffles and uses up a box of Kleenex:: Sorry for typing all of that up ... 'tis my favorite Hagrid moment. ^_^ ::sniff:: I love that whole bit.

I hate finishing a Harry Potter book ( Erm ... particularly the last one. ) because afterwards, you don't have anything else to read! Grrr! >T I've already re-read that Tom Riddle fanfic, too. And most of the fanfics in Azkaban Lair ( 'Tis an archive of Sirius and Remus slash ). Mmm ... I really want to write a fanfic but I don't want to write a fanfic. Wah! >_>;;

Was going to send an e-mail to someone but ... ::shrugs:: I guess not ... she seems happy. Not going to waste my time bringing her down.

I'm considering creating another weblog and writing in that one instead. I know, I've said I'd do this before and I never leave, really, but paranoia has gotten the best of me and I just don't want certain people to read it. Strangers and all. I may make a friends-only livejournal. Who knows? Anyone have a Livjournal code? ^^;

I have also considered abandoning the Internet -- no, I am not saying this to fish for pity. I have reasons ... first of all, I think I am a burden upon my friends. Secondly, some of them do seem happier without me. I suppose I should be selfless and do them a favor ... aaaagh ... but I like websurfing and I do love my friends, even though they don't seem to return the emotion ... mmm .. there I go, sounding selfish again .. oh, boy . 9_9; See? I've become so paranoid that I can't even express myself right without feeling that someone is misinterpreting me! Waaah, in truth, I would really hate to leave. Not because of the websurfing, though ... I've met many great people via the Internet. I would not like to leave them .. meh ... but they might want me to leave .. gaah ... Tired ... the party yesterday turned out to be a pool party and Jared didn't even tell us ... ::rubs eyes:: So I just swam in my clothes, which was stupid of me ... XD;; The soaking shirt ( Spiderman! ::wails:: ) weighed me down and afterwards, my shoulders started aching horribly. >_>;; I think I'm gonna sleep some more in a bit.

I have noticed that I never stick to one drawing style; is this bad? I feel like I don't have anything unique ... no signature method in art. x_x;; I go from 'cutesy Pokemon' to 'big-eyed' and to 'Batman-esque' ... craaazy. I have tried to stay on one style but it gets mighty dull afterwards. Nyeh. >_o; Oh well ... ^_^;;

... that fanfic, "I Am Lord Voldemort". It has been about two and a half days and I had finished reading all twenty-six chapters within the time. Wow. I highly, highly reccommend the fanfic to Harry Potter fanatics, especailly those who are fond of the darker side of the series. ^_^ I will be writing feedback to the author in a little bit.

All I did today was sleep and read, as I did the previous weekend. ^_o;; Well, no ... I did draw a bit today, in which most of the drawing involved Tom Riddle/Lord Voldemort. ^^;; ::scratches her head:: I'll scan them later today.

I have found Tom Riddle/Lord Voldemort to my liking lately ... o_o;; After reading that fanfic, "I Am Lord Voldemort" ( I have not read all of it yet, however ... I am on Chapter 16 or 17 ... there are twenty-six in total. ), my opinion on Lord Voldemort has been altered significantly. Harry-san is going to have a fit ...

^_^;;; In fact, I have been becoming rather fond of several villains. Without them, the story just ... falls apart and become terribly dull. >_>; However, this does not mean I dislike Harry, Sirius, and Remus. ^__^ ::hugs them to death::

Also, I love characters who are both good and evil, like Nny ( Johnny the Homicidal Maniac ), for instance. He is ... well, homocidal. Killing is sinful, even if the victim is a jerk. Then again, he is against conformists and those who discriminate others because of their differences. ^_^ Vasquez sure creates some interesting characters ...

o_ô I post about the most random and insignificant things, I swear ... ignore me. >_>;;

Life sucks, laa laa laa ...

I am so tired of being such a weakling, pleading for forgiveness from everyone. When someone upsets me, they do not apologize but expect me to come begging for mercy ... then they decide to say, "I'm sorry." Then we hug, we kiss, we live happily ever after. I admit that I, as a human being, make errors constantly but it seems like when others do something to harm my feelings, I just don't matter until I turn weak and apologize to them. I hate doing that. I hate being less dominant than other people. It feels like they're taking me for granted or something. I do it, though, because the person who hurt me is a dear friend of mine and I do not want to maintain an argument with her/him. Gah ... I'm talking nonsense, ne? :/

Anyways ... ignore this entry. Anger makes me write weird things. Bless those who endure my shit.

Anyways, I loved the nineteenth chapter in this book; you could actually feel the connection between Remus and Sirius. It is, in spite of the presence of Pettigrew, heartwarming and you just know there was definitely an association behind the two that felt more than that of a couple of friends -- to me, anyways. ^_^;;

'Tis the actor for Tom Riddle from "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets". *-*;;; He certainly appears well-fitted for the job but I'm hoping he'll capture his character well ... Tom Riddle is too cool of a villain to ruin. ^_^;;

There is a rumor that Ewan McGregor could possibly play the role of sweet, sweet Remus Lupin in the third movie. Whee! Now that I look at it, he'd make a very handsome Remus. *^^* If he -does-, Emma is going to have a little novice Ewan McGregor fanatic waddling annoyingly beside her. ^_o; I hope he does get the role of Remus. I have spent the remnants of my birthday cash on the third DVD of "Cowboy Bebop". ::chuckles nervously:: I love that show. Gren is so lovely. He looks like Sirius Black. *_*;; Hermaphrodites rule.

I have also established a new style of art to use ... okaaay, "borrow and modifying an existing style" is a more appropriate description ... but nonetheless, I am using something new. They have tiny noses and mouths and these great, huge eyes and from the side, they remind me of fish for some reason.

::sniffle:: Cowboy Bebop has to be one of the saddest shows I've seen. I don't know why I am affected by it so much; probably because I have experienced the identical situation involved in the show ... ::shrugs:: Anyways, I had better be going to sleep now. I need to download "LIVE in Baghdad" ( Heavy Metal forever. w00t. ), "African Rhythmn 2" ( Mwee! Wen-san! ^_^ ::hugs Wen:: ), and the piece that Gren ( ^_^ ) performed in "Jupiter Jazz". Was it "Goodnight Julia" or just plain "Julia"?
